Leaving Rexburg

Well my friend Katelyn for one of her photo journalism classes needed to use 25 pictures that she took that went along with a song. She choose the song titled Abbie Martin by Joshua James here are the lyrics.

Do you remember when time, wasn't an issue at all,
It was where you were going, how far you could walk

Do you remember?
Do you remember?

Do you remember the scent of the summer so sweet?
As the the stars would watch over our souls through the weeds.
And the hounds in their fences would bark at the breeze
While we d scream out confessions of love through the trees.

Do you remember?
Do you remember?
Do you remember?
Cuz I do.

It was the year 93 if my mind does recall.
Seems so long and so distant, not distant at all
I sang songs to you crying till something did change.
It was time, it pushed us older till we didn't even say hello...

Hello,
Hello,
Hello.

Bridge:
It's been four long years since I've seen your face your voice
Will still resonate inside my bones
When the breeze runs by and whispers that old song, I do.

Do you remember?
Do you remember?
Do you remember?
I do.

So her Idea was to use me, and do it to show a girl waiting for a missionary. So it was fun to help her with her project and I thought some of the pictures were really neat. So I am now done with my Fall 08 semester. It went by really fast. It was a good semester and I learned alot. I love it here at byui, I am really going to miss it here. It didn't snow hardly at all, I grew alot by doing soccer, and had fun. I spent alot of time with Jannica, I will miss her. She is an amazing friend, and example to me. I met alot of people I plan to keep in touch with and had a blast. I will miss it when I go to mexico, but I am excited to return especially with my Best Friend, Scott Richard Haycock.
Do you remember?

Hello, Hello, Hello.
Do you remember when time wasn't an issue at all.
Will still resinate inside my bones

Do you remember the scent of summer so sweet.

As the stars would watch our souls through the weeds.

We would screem the confessins of love through the trees

I do not know the song, but the pictures are great with the words. I guess we will be seeing you soon here in Rocklin. Can't wait.
