Well Happy Valentines Day. Today was wonderful. I woke up and got on a bus at 4am to Oaxaca to go to the Temple to do baptisms all day. We arrived in Oaxaca, and it was a beautiful sunny day. The temple was sooooo beautiful! It had great paintings of Jesus teaching the lamanites. I did baptisms in Spanish, and the spirit was so strong. This was my favorite day of mexico so far. I love the temple, it has such a special place in my heart. It was great to be on the grounds and just feel so much peace.

So other news is I have been sick. I have had between a 102 to 103 fever most of the week. And been so sick to the stomach. So for 2 days I didn't teach. My kids made me this bouquet of flowers to make me feel better. I still feel sick, and haven't eaten much, but it is getting better.
I have been having a hard time with living conditions, being sick, and homesick. I am so homesick. I feel like I was so excited to come and serve the children, and feel like I was making a difference in their lives, and that they didn't have much. But I teach, kids who don't want to learn, who act out in class, and who have alot of things in life, who pay to have us teach for free, and most of them are bratty. There is a handful of them, that are so cute, and so sweet, but I never come home and am so overwhelmed with the love of my service. But I don't know I am really homesick, and not feeling good in my stomach. So if you could pray for me to be strong. I have 10 weeks left, and need to do it.
And as you can see in the pictures, I needed a change and put some blonde in my hair. Just random places.
Well Happy Valentines Day!
