Well I am in Mexico! I am doing good!!First of all it is soooooo soooo beautiful here in Tehuacan!It is Jenna weather:) So I left on the 3rd, and woke up so nervous to go since I didn't know anyone here! I flew from Sacramento to Pheonix to Guadalarja and I sat next to a gay couple going to Mexico!ha That was entertaining! Then I got lost in the airport! I was so confused and couldn't understand anything anyone was saying to me. I got on the plane to Mexico city, and got lost at that airport too!They lost a bag then found it! It was a long day...and I was crying because I got so lost and confused! I arrived to Tehuacan after a 4 hour bus ride! And they told me my family I was suppose to stay with was on Vacation!ha! So I stayed in a apartment with some other girls!One of the girls is from Reno and goes to BYU Idaho, I like her alot! Then we just hung out, and didn't get feed for awhile! We found a yummy juice stand that does a liter of Pinapple juice for a doller! yum!!! It was fun walking around the town! Then on monday my family was ready for me! They are the Vega Family!! It is a mom and dad Lolita, and Florencio and their daughter Julieta who is my age and lds and speaks excellent enlgish! And there son Isreal, who 18 and very funny!They have a cute home and have great spirits about them Julieta has a boyfriend from Iowa! Small world! Julieta is the only one to speak english, so I am working on my spanish! Lolita is a wonderful cook! I love mexican food! It has been great so far, I am happy and safe and start my first day of teaching tomorrow! So wish me luck for teaching! I will write again later with more pictures! Today is the trece reyes magos the 3 wiseman! It is like a second christmas, where the 3 wisemen bring gifts to the kids! So we went downtown and saw the 3 wisemen and got icecream! It is tradition to eat a bread shaped like doughnut called rosca and whoever has a plastic baby jesus in there bite buys food for the whole family on Feb2! Guess who got it in their bite! Me!!haha it was fun to experience this holiday! Oh i played soccer tonight which was so fun here in mexico!Here are pictures! Adios!

How the heck did your Mexican sister get a boyfriend in Iowa?
I'm so happy to hear that you're doing well, but sorry to hear that you had such a rough start. The family you are living with seems wonderful and I can't wait to read more about this adventure in your life!!!!!
That looks so fun! I'm definitely jealous of the weather. I want to see pictures of your room and stuff. It's so good that you're doing this, you're awesome Jenna. I miss you!
